Copyright License

1. Ownership & Intellectual Assignment

All rights, titles, and interests in the vector SVG graphics generated by the user through SVG Maker AI are immediately assigned and transferred to the user upon creation. You are the sole author and owner of the resulting vector XML code. There are no royalty structures or downstream license requirements.

2. Scope of Commercial License

The license granted to the user for the generated assets is perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free. You are permitted to:

• Integrate the SVGs in production websites, mobile applications, or digital SaaS products.
• Print vectors on physical merchandise, packaging materials, or marketing billboards.
• Bundle designs in commercial UI themes, icon kits, or slide presentation templates.
• Sublicense, modify, distribute, or sell the graphics as part of wider design deliveries.

3. Tracing Vectors & Trademark Risks

When using the Raster Image Tracer tool, you are responsible for uploading only images that you own or have permission to convert. Tracing copyrighted photographs or logo trademarks without a valid source license is prohibited and may violate local trademark laws. SVG Maker AI rejects all liability for copyright infringements stemming from user-supplied raster files.

4. Attribution Requirements

Attribution is entirely voluntary! You are not required to credit SVG Maker AI on your products. However, leaving a short tag (e.g. <!-- Generated by SVGMaker AI -->) or sharing the site link with other designers is always appreciated.

5. Model Weights & Training Exclusions

This license applies exclusively to the SVG files generated as final outputs. You are not granted any rights, titles, or licenses to access the backend generative model weights, proprietary tracing datasets, platform source packages, or vector synthesis algorithms.
