  • Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser specifications, and core Web Vitals performance statistics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We processes your information to fulfill our terms of service and improve workspace features:

  • To compile, format, and generate standard SVGs in response to your text prompts.
  • To maintain your cloud workspace, saving your recent editor code configurations.
  • To track billing metrics, managing plan credits limits.
  • To monitor security, avoiding automated generation abuse or scraping.

3. AI Generation Storage & Ownership

Any vector art generated using SVG Maker AI is stored on secure servers. We retain generated SVGs in your personal workspace folder to allow you to edit or download them later. We do not claim any proprietary rights to the SVGs you generate; you retain full control and commercial licensing over your created outputs.

4. Data Security & Storage

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. All user information is stored in secured databases protected by multiple layers of access control list rules. While we implement strict protection measures, no electronic storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Analytics

We integrate with Google Analytics to monitor platform performance and Stripe to securely handle billing subscriptions. These services handle your metrics according to their individual privacy guidelines. We encourage you to review their terms.

6. Data Erasure Rights

You can delete any saved project from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account history and personal OAuth records permanently, you may trigger a request by contacting us at privacy@svgmaker.ai.
