1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in or using SVG Maker AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing our workspace dashboards.

2. Service Description

SVG Maker AI provides artificial-intelligence generative vector processing, drawing studios, and platform packaging layouts. We continually release updates, and features may change or be temporarily discontinued without warning.

3. Billing, Plans & Credits

Subscribing to premium tiers (Pro, Team) grants you recurring monthly credits. Credits are non-refundable and do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated. Billing is managed through Stripe, and subscription cancellations can be made at any time via your Billing & Plans panel.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

You own all intellectual property rights to the prompt strings, source images, and final SVG XML code generated by your account. SVG Maker AI does not claim any authorship or royalty fees from your vectors. However, the proprietary neural tracing models, interface code, and system styling assets belong exclusively to SVG Maker AI.

5. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in actions that damage our system architectures:

Automated bot crawling, bulk account generation, or high-frequency prompt scripting.
Generating vector material that violates third-party copyright laws.
Decompiling front-end packages, reverse-engineering tracing model parameters, or mimicking brand properties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SVG Maker AI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the structural accuracy of mathematical paths or server uptime. Generation metrics and vector tracing outcomes are computed programmatically.
